PURPOSE: To obtain a fuel oil A flowable at low temps., by incorporating thereinto kerosine and/or an extract oil of a lubricating oil and setting the cloud point thereof and the rate of heat evolution of wax to satisfy a specific formula in a predetermined range of the cloud point. ;CONSTITUTION: Base oils for use in production of fuel oil A, such as straight-run light gas oil, cracked gas oil, straight-run heavy gas oil, kerosine, an extract oil of a lubricating oil, and vacuum distillation residue, are blended at a predetermined proportion with kerosine and/or the extract oil of the lubricating oil as the indispensable component to obtain a low temp. flowable fuel oil A particularly contg. at most about 30vol.% kerosine and/or at most 10vol.% extract oil of the lubricating oil, having a cloud point of 0 to 10°C, and satisfying the formula: N≤-5M+120 (0≤M≤10) in the relationship between the cloud point M (°C) and the rate of heat evolution of wax N (mcal/g.°C).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
