PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhances efficiency of service more while sufficiently coping with a fault caused in an image forming device. SOLUTION: The remote centerized management system that remotely manages a plurality of image forming device via a local area network LAN, is provided with communication control unit 6, 8 that receive fault information to inform of occurrence of a fault in an image forming device, CPUs 2a, 2b that discriminate whether or not dispatching a serviceman applying a maintenance service to the fault is required based on the fault information, and RAMs 22a, 22b (fault information storage means) store the fault information of the faulty image forming device by each service point of a service engineer in charge of the faulty image forming device. Then the information stored by the fault information storage means is automatically transmitted to each corresponding service point via the LAN, after the lapse of a preset standby time.
