PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster preventive receiver, a determination criterion setting method and a determination criterion setting program for performing a proper disaster preventing processing according to the degree of rise of the output value of a disaster preventive terminal 1.;SOLUTION: In the disaster preventive receiver 10, when the output value of the disaster preventive terminal 1 with an accumulation time of fire level of "automatic setting (AI)" exceeds a fire reporting level, a predicted value after 5 minutes of the terminal 1 is calculated based on the output value 5 minutes before of the terminal 1. When high probability of fire is determined from the predicted value, a shorter accumulation time (lower determination criterion) of "30 seconds or 40 seconds" is automatically set, and when low probability of fire is determined from the predicted value, a lower accumulation time (higher determination criterion) of (50 seconds) is automatically set.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
