PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production of vacuum blood sampling tube composed of simple facilities in small scale and a vacuum blood sampling tube produced by this production. SOLUTION: Concerning the production of vacuum blood sample tube, the inside is maintained at the prescribed degree of pressure reduction and sealed by a plug having needle hole seal property and/or gas barrier property. In this case, the production is composed of a 1st process for forming a tube-shaped vessel 22 having opening parts 36 at both the ends, 2nd process for sealing one opening 32 of the tube-shaped vessel with the plug 42 having needle hole seal property and gas barrier property, and 3rd process for connecting the other opening 36 to an air exhausting device, exhausting air until the prescribed degree of pressure reduction is reached and closing this opening part 36 in an air-tight state.
