PURPOSE: To protect the face of a slope on the waterside and shore of a river and lakes and marshes, and to purify water while forming a revetment proper to the living and egg-laying of fishes and shellfishes, an aquatic insect, a crustaceans, etc. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of projecting sections 11 are disposed zigzag in parallel on one surface of a tabular block 1 in even rows while through-holes 12 are arranged alternately among these projecting sections 11 at every row. The tabular blocks 1 are rotated at 180 deg. in a plane manner at every stage, superposed at multistages, and connected and unified by bolts, etc.
