PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire settlement information about export bills with letters of credit at high frequency such as a daily basis.;SOLUTION: An export bill management apparatus 10 comprises a data storage part 11 for storing a plurality of export bill data 53 including an "export bill No.", an "amount of money received" and a "remittance charge", an export bill negotiation data addition part 13 for recording the "amount of money received" to corresponding export bill data 53 according to export bill negotiation data acquired from a firm banking system 4, a unit demand charge data addition part 14 for recording the "remittance charge" to corresponding export bill data 53 according to unit demand charge data acquired from the firm banking system 4, and an unsettled bill extraction part 15a for extracting export bill data 53 stored in the data storage part 11 with the "amount of money received" record and without the "remittance charge" record.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
