PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a production process posed by redesign (structural member change) of a product, solve overstock and understock problems with both new members and old members, and support a decision of member shift timing and a decision of a product test process. PSOLUTION: Profile data storing information about products and members, alternative relation data storing relations between old members and new members, and data on the stock, consumption and delivery of each member are stored in advance. A delivery lead time and the like of each member stored in the profile data are read out. Upon an input of a scheduled product test date, on the basis of the scheduled product test date, necessary members are ordered and scheduled consumption of alternative members is calculated. With delivery and stock status data on each member and the alternative relation data, one or more test mode plans are drafted which include a product member structure testable about the scheduled product test date and a test start date.
