PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate recording device which makes up a printing plate capable of preventing ink from being excessively emulsified during printing, a printing device equipped with the printing plate recording device and an image data origination device to be used for the printing plate recording device.;SOLUTION: An ink supply arithmetic part 24 performs a cumulative arithmetic processing of image data to each of ink colors based on PPF data D2 and calculates the ink supply X per each of a plurality of regions in the printing crosswise direction. A small ink supply region decision part 25 decides whether a small ink supply region where the ink supply X is below a specified level exists. An ink consumption region data storage part 26 previously stores a plurality of sets of ink consumption region data D3 and the amount of ink to be consumed by the ink consumption region as an additional ink supply XD. A superposing part 28 superposes the ink consumption region data D3 to binary image data D1.
