Being the method monitoring of doing quality of the herb medicine, the process which extracts the aforementioned sample (a) the process which offers the sample of the aforementioned herb medicine and, (b) making use of the polar solvent, forms the polarity extract and, (applying c) polarity extract on the ion exchange chromatography, the process which forms the extract which is rich in ionicity chemical compound and, (d) amount working out the aforementioned concentrated extract with the chromatography, one or the process which forms the polarity fraction above that and, (e) the method of including with the process which characterizes the aforementioned polarity.
