PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set the transmission destination of a mouth-to-mouth information mail by reducing the setting mistake of the transmission destination or overlapped transmission, to efficiently propagate the mouth-to-mouth information even to a plurality of information under transmitting media such as communication terminals with a mail function, facsimile terminals, or mail service in multi-stages and to reliably propagate the mouth-to-mouth information to persons who should receive the information the consideration of the value of the mouth-to-mouth information on the basis of the relationship of mutual trust of individuals.;SOLUTION: A CPU 2201 transmits a picture for mouth-to-mouth advertising to the friend list of the user ID of a person being the target of mouth-to-mouth advertising selected by referring to a user table 2207 to a mouth-to-mouth advertiser. Then, the 'name of the mouth-to- mouth advertiser' of a transmission text template in the picture is replaced with the name of the mouth-to-mouth advertise, and the 'name of the person being the target of mouth-to- mouth advertising' is replaced with the name of the person being the target of mouth-to-mouth advertising. When information is not already transmitted, and the input filter setting of the person being the target of mouth-to-moth advertising user setting is fulfilled by referring to the friend list of the person being the target of mouth-to-mouth advertising and the transmission history of a merchandise service stored in a storage part 2205, the mouth-to-mouth information is transmitted in a transmission method designated by each person being the target of mouth-to-mouth advertising.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
