PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat and permeation-resistant composite material suited for food manufacture which hardly allows pores called "micropores" to be formed and prevents an oily content from permeating through the pores in the surface of a belt.;SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the heat and permeation-resistant composite material, a tetrafluoroethylene copolymer resin powder is deposited on the a heat-resistant composite sheet composed of a heat-resistant fabric and a polytetrafluoroethylene resin. Next, the composite sheet is contact-bonded to obtain a tetrafluoroethylene copolymer resin sheet.
