PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database shifting device, a database shifting method and a database shifting program for minimizing the stop time of a current database without losing operation contents during database shift.;SOLUTION: In this database shifting device (100), a temporary management table preparing part (107) detects an operation to a current database (201) to be managed by a current database object attribute management chart (510) based on trigger management information (400), and generates an object operation detection information storing part (106) by setting the current database (201) in a read-only access mode.
