PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calculation time and a calculation cost in the analysis of heat transfer such as the analysis of residual stress or the like.;SOLUTION: A heat source 8, of which the size is smaller than that of a member 1 being a solid, is moved on the surface of the member 1 and the temperature change brought about in the member 1 by the moving heat source 8 is calculated by numerically solving a heat transfer equation, which governs the phenomenon described by a differential equation or an integral equation, by the discretion of a space and time.
