PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both a customer and a loaner to make sure that the loan fee calculated is correct.;SOLUTION: The customer's server 6 comprises a measurement data input means 61 for inputting electric energy from an electric energy summing computer 5; a measurement data sending means 62 for sending the inputted electric energy to the loaner's server 8; a fee calculation means 63 for calculating a fee based on the electric energy inputted; a calculation result storage means 64 for storing the fee calculated; a calculation result sending means 65 for sending the fee calculation result to the loaner's server 8; a calculation result receiving means 66 for receiving the fee calculation result provided by the loaner's server 8; a calculation result comparison means 67 for comparing the fee calculated by the customer's server 6 to the fee calculated by the loaner's server 8; and a comparison result display means 68 for displaying the comparison result.
