PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a water treatment apparatus including a reverse osmosis membrane device over a long period of time, by precisely evaluating whether the supply water to the reverse osmosis membrane is good or not.;SOLUTION: In the method for evaluating the supply water to the reverse osmosis membrane, after the supply water to the reverse osmosis membrane is passed through a selective permeation membrane, a substance captured inside the membrane and/or on the surface of the selective permeation membrane is extracted, and it is evaluated whether the supply water to the reverse osmosis membrane is good or bad on the basis of the measurement result of the quality of the extraction liquid. In the method of managing the operation of the water treatment apparatus, the operation of the water treatment apparatus including the reverse osmosis membrane device is managed on the basis of the evaluation result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
