PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize neutrons reacted by spallation reaction by reducing the size of moderator piping for spallation neutron source.;SOLUTION: The moderator piping 100 is constituted of a stainless steel-made coaxial-single pipe transducer section 10 where an inner flow path 30 and an outer flow path 32 surrounding it are formed, an aluminum-made joint member 20 inserted in it and brazed, and aluminum-made moderator supply inner pipe 25 arranged in the joint member 20 for supplying a liquid hydrogen vessel 40 with liquid hydrogen. The coaxial-single pipe transducer section 10 has the inner flow path 30 formed inside and has a double structure that the outer flow path 32 is formed in a circular cross section so as to cover around the inner flow path 30.
