PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network answering practice meeting system which allows an answering practice meeting to be held in a correspondence course by using a communication network.;SOLUTION: A system management center 11 mainly consists of; a control part 111 for controlling the entire system; a transmission/reception part 112 for transmitting and receiving information through a communication network 12; a question DB 114 wherein various questions for use in the answering practice meeting are stored; an explanation DB 115 wherein various explanations for use in the answering practice meeting are stored; a question extraction part 113 for extracting questions and explanations, which users select, from the question DB 114 and the explanation DB 115; a time measurement part 116 for measuring an answering time; an accounting part 117 for performing processing of charging for questions and explanations which users select; a register DB 118 wherein personal information (addresses, names, telephone numbers, FAX numbers, e-mail addresses, settlement accounts, etc.) of users is registered; and an input part 119 for performing required input to the center.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
