PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide non-steady analysis device and method for dramatically cut time for conversing a solution of a simultaneous equation in which a non-steady behavior of incompressible fluid is described, and to provide a computer program, and recording medium for recording the computer program. PSOLUTION: Initial values of a flow velocity vector and pressure at analyzing points are received, and approximate solution of flow velocity vector at the analyzing points is calculated. When the maximum absolute value of divergence of the approximate solution is larger than a predetermined value, a new pressure correction quantity is calculated by combining, in a line shape, a stored pressure correction quantity and a pressure correction quantity that is calculated from a value acquired by dividing the divergence of the approximate solution by a unit calculation time, and approximate solution of pressure and approximate solution of flow velocity vector are calculated from the new pressure correction quantity, and then it is determined again whether or not the maximum absolute value of the divergence of the calculated approximate solution of flow velocity vector is larger than the predetermined value. When the maximum absolute value of the divergence of the approximate solution of flow velocity vector is smaller than the predetermined value, the approximate solution of flow velocity vector and approximate solution of pressure are output.
