PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture vessel capable of easily and efficiently preparing a laminated cell layer, particularly that where a variety of cell layers are present in an accumulated condition with multilayer structure, to provide a cultured object using the vessel, to provide a culturing method, and to provide a method for reproducing biological tissue using the cultured object.;SOLUTION: The culture vessel is such that a plurality of culture shelves to be seeded with cells for proliferation are installed vertically and at least one of the shelves is formed of a biodegradable material during culture. Another version of the culture vessel is such that the respective culture shelves in the above vessel are seeded with cells for proliferation. The cultured object is obtained by subjecting the culture vessel seeded with cells for proliferation to culture.
