PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elevate the social status of care managers by adopting a system in which a salary rises with increasing care plans covered by a care manager, computing effects of the care manager and reflecting them to the salary. PSOLUTION: A care manager salary is calculated as follows. The base is a basic salary scale amount. The basic amount is proportioned to an increasing/decreasing number of care plans to produce the salary. In addition to the item, additional items are set. The additional items are optional (for example, care need improvement, visit performance and conferencing performance). One care manager is designated as supervisor. As for the supervisor's salary, not only the items but also the following items are applied. The number of care managers supervised is added as a basis of basic amount increase/decrease. The number of care plans of an entire office is added as a basis of basic amount increase/decrease.
