PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an electronic clinical chart system which is highly convenient in dialysis treatment. PSOLUTION: An electronic clinical chart system 1 manages information peculiar to dialysis treatment, which includes dialysis conditions and dialysis execution information, as electronic clinical charts. Therefore, information peculiar to dialysis treatment, which is not a management object in a conventional electronic clinical chart system can be unitarily managed as electronic clinical charts, so that problems resulting from cooperation of different systems and problems that management cannot be sufficiently performed by conventional electronic clinical charts are resolved when using electronic clinical charts in dialysis treatment.
