PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development source server, a software trouble responding system and a software trouble responding method for automatically recognizing, in the event of an error in the execution of software, the detail of the executing environment thereof by a user, and forming a providing program group for automatically editing and compressing data necessary for the analysis of an error. PSOLUTION: The software trouble responding system comprises the development source server device 1 and a user terminal 2. The development source server 1 comprises an error processing part 17 outputting an error message; an executing environment processing part 18 generating executing environment information; a providing program creation part 37 for creating a providing program group, including a data transfer part transferring the executing environment information; an executing environment analysis part 32a performing the analysis of the error based on the executing environment information received from the user terminal 2; and a corrected program providing part 33 providing an existing correction program to the user terminal 2 in the case that the error is a known error.
