PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter device, a noise filter method, and a noise filter program capable of removing noise simply in a short time without requiring the assignment of a signal in a three-dimensional heteronuclear correlation NMR spectrum.;SOLUTION: In the measured three-dimensional heteronuclear correlation NMR spectrum, peak groups G(m) (m is a natural number) where peaks to the number determined beforehand or more are observed on approximately one straight line in the Y-axis direction are detected, and a mask file where a reference x-z plane coordinate of each peak group G(m) is recorded as a coordinate m of a mask piece is created. Then, the measured reference x-z plane coordinate of each peak is compared with the coordinate m of the mask piece, and a peak having no corresponding mask piece is determined to be noise, and removed from the three-dimensional heteronuclear correlation NMR spectrum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
