PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of deciding a stable schedule restricted in change of solution to the minimum by suggesting a re-scheduling system based on the problem of constraint satisfaction with dynamic weight, in regard to a nurse scheduling system. PSOLUTION: A scheduling agent 5 decides a schedule on the basis of information transmitted form a nurse agent 3, and stores the decided schedule in an attendance sheet DB4. A problem of re-scheduling when change of schedule is requested from any user 1 is expressed as a problem of constraint satisfaction with dynamic weight, and a new schedule, which has a small number of change from the former schedule, is decided on the basis of the method of solving the problem of constraint satisfaction with dynamic weight mounted in the scheduling agent 5.
