PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly perform resetting to a stable point, by controlling at a constant voltage during a fixed time after a transfer is detected, when the operating point of a solar cell is changed so that the point is transferred to a short-circuiting current point and thereafter normal maximum power point following control is performed.;SOLUTION: A constant voltage control system detects the output current and voltage values of the solar cell 1 by a current transformer CT1 and a voltage transformer PT1 and are applied to an inverter controller 4. AC output current and voltage of an inverter 2 are detected by a current transformer CT2 and a voltage transformer PT2, and applied to the controller 4. The controller 4 of the inverter 2 calculates the output of the solar cell 1, according to the output current and voltage values of the solar cell 1 of the current transformer CT1 and the voltage transformer PT1. The target voltage and the voltage deviation of the solar cell output voltage are obtained. If the voltage deviation is large, the output current instruction value (current constant) is calculated, to be increased or decreased so that the solar cell output voltage approaches the target voltage to reduce the deviation, and instructs the operation to the inverter 2. If the deviation is small, next target voltage is calculated.
