PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct the charging system of energy charge for making an environment-friendly facility such as a co-generation device enjoy energy saving merits originally owned by itself, and promote its introduction without actually using any excess power, or depending on any largely scaled system or the self-reliance of a consumer. PSOLUTION: This energy charge calculation system is provided with an input part which inputs energy quantity information received from an external energy supply institute by a consumer in a fixed period and excess energy quantity information generated by home energy generating facility, and unconsumed by energy consuming equipment, and an unused energy quantity recording part which stores the excess energy quantity information as unused energy quantity.
