PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize service order management as if by one platform as a client function in service order processing spread over platforms.;SOLUTION: In regard to the service order processing spread over a plurality of platforms in a user station, a man-machine interface part 231 inputs and manages service order information of the plurality of platforms as one service order. A service order information distribution/integration part 233 divides the service order information by platform units, sends them to operation server devices 11 and 12 of a relevant platform, receives and integrates pieces of response data from the operation server devices 11 and 12, and converts them into response data of one service order. A service order information determination processing part 232 carries out processing determination with respect to the response data of the integrated service order, and it sends service order information to a center station in response to a determination result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
