PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation for breeding animals and plants, capable of more improving management in a hygienic aspect than ever, to provide an apparatus for the same, to provide the animals and plants bred by using the same, to provide a method for producing the animals and plants, and to provide the animals and plants bred by the method. PSOLUTION: The installation for breeding the animals and plants has an activated gas generator 4 for releasing an activated gas which disinfects floating bacteria in the air to the inside of a breeding chamber 3, so that the animals and plants are bred in a space filled with the activated gas. Thus, the activated gas eliminates or inactivates the floating bacterial, floating viruses, or the like, in the air inside the breeding chamber 3, and therefore the management in the hygienic aspect is improved.
