PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread communication disturbing method capable of obtaining a sufficient outcome from spread communication with a small transmission power at a low cost and to provide a spread communication disturbing apparatus employing the method.;SOLUTION: The spread communication disturbing apparatus 300 receives a spread communication wave 101 from a base station 100, a synchronizing signal correlation detection section 3 detects a correlation peak with a synchronizing signal, a transmission power measurement section 4 calculates the power of only the synchronizing signal in spread data, a transmission phase adjustment section 5 attaches an optional delay time to synchronizing signal head information from the synchronizing signal correlation detection section 3 to generate a "pseudo synchronizing signal" being a signal of canceling the synchronizing signal received by a pseudo synchronizing signal generating section 6 and transmit the generated signal so that the synchronization taken by a mobile station 200 with the base station 100 is disturbed.
