PSOLUTION: An energy conservation promoting device comprises a use condition database 22 for associating a product ID for identifying a product with a use condition for using the product; a use condition collection section 25 for associating the net use condition of net products 8-1 to 8-n connected to the Internet 3 with the net product ID of the net products 8-1 to 8-n for collection from the net products 8-1 to 8-n via the Internet 3 and for recording the net use condition in the use condition database 22 by associating the net use condition with the net product ID; an object product extraction section 27 for extracting an object product ID for satisfying prescribed conditions from the product ID; a statistical section 28 for calculating a statistical result by performing the statistical processing of the object use condition corresponding to the target product ID in use conditions by referring to the use condition database 22; and a result distribution section 29 for distributing the statistical result to a user terminal 6 via the Internet 3.
