PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card which functions after sales of an article. PSOLUTION: The IC card comprises a card main body 1 which is in a thin-plate vertical card shape, has an IC 13 therein and an antenna part 14 which can be supplied with power from the external and enables the information exchange with the external, in the non-contact manner; an article display region 11 in which the form of an article can be displayed over the entire surface; and an article information display column 12 provided with a rewritable display region above or below the article display region. The form of an article to which the IC tag is attached is displayed in the article display region 11. In the article information display column 12, information to a customer regarding the article to which the IC tag is attached is displayed at the time of exhibition, and, at the time of sales, the information is rewritten to information regarding a purchaser to be displayed.
