PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide progress management system optimizing a product development project along a project material.;SOLUTION: A project raw plan for a new technology or an improved technology is proposed to an organization. The organization evaluates it in terms of technology and marketability to start planning project. Required funds, project members, their roles, facilities, outsourcing contractors and the like are listed for the project, and a target is set. The planning project is offered to enterprises of matching business for promoting participation in the project and offer of the funds. When funding, team members, and their roles are decided, a development project is started, and its progress is grasped by the organization for diagnosis and evaluation. When the target of the development project is attained, execution of the project is transferred to the participating enterprise or an external enterprize other than the organization and right of the project is sold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
