PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an event analysis and dealing system using a Bayesian network, in which, on the occurrence of an event, a cause of the event occurrence is estimated, and a dealing method which is considered optimal is output. PSOLUTION: The event analysis and dealing system employs the Bayesian network, which includes a probability table; an event information input portion for receiving event information; a dealing plan generator for generating a combination of deals corresponding to the event; a Bayesian network calculator for outputting a probability distribution data of the causes; an evaluation function processor for calculating an evaluation value of each deal, based on a predetermined evaluation function; and a dealing plan evaluator for outputting dealing plan data of high effectiveness from the calculated evaluation value to the deal, as a dealing plan list.
