PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-isolating counter and a corner member for the vibration-isolating counter for simultaneously achieving wobbling prevention, cost reduction, and weight reduction.;SOLUTION: The vibration-isolating counter 10 is provided with a lower frame 14, an upper frame 18 for mounting a vibration generator 16, and spring members 20 placed between the upper frame 18 and the lower frame 14. The lower frame 14 and the upper frame 18 are constituted by connecting pipe frame-components 22, 50 with corner members 24, 52. The corner members 24, 52 are provided respectively with L-type 1st connection parts 38, 70 to be inserted in the ends of one frame-components 22, 50 and L-type 2nd connection parts 40, 72 to be inserted in the ends of the other frame-components 22, 50. The 1st connection parts 38, 70 are locked respectively to orthogonal two faces of the one frame components 22, 50.
