PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird injury-preventing member which can effectively prevent birds from come-flying or nesting in spite of a relatively simple structure and can reduce the cost, and to provide a bird injury-preventing apparatus.;SOLUTION: This bird injury-preventing member 10 attached to a bird-preventing place and then used is characterized by disposing a plurality of branching members 13 on a stem member 12, having an attaching member 14 on one end side of the stem member 12, and disposing ring members 17 on the other side of the stem members 12 and at the tips of the branching members, respectively.
