PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy demand prediction method, an energy demand prediction device, an energy demand prediction program and a recording medium by which an excessive learning is prevented, a learning precision is enhanced and a predicting precision is enhanced.;SOLUTION: This energy demand predicting method comprises: a data collection processing procedure for collecting past result data; a data smoothing processing procedure for smoothing the past result data, and for generating the smoothed result data; a learning processing procedure for learning a neural network by using the smoothed result data; a prediction processing procedure for generating energy demand prediction data by inputting the result data and the smoothed result data to the neural network; and a prediction result storage processing procedure for storing the prediction data. The energy prediction device, the energy demand prediction program and the recording medium are operated by using the data collection processing means, the data smoothing processing means, the learning processing means, the prediction processing means and the prediction result storage processing means which are mentioned above.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
