PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a conventional method of calculating a value usable in various manners, enable the method to be handled by a plurality of subjects or worlds, and fulfill various demands by applying this novel method. PSOLUTION: A paradigm 2 calculation method capable of carrying out various calculations is developed by expanding a conventional paradigm 1 calculation method for calculating a value. Further, a paradigm 3 calculation method which can be handled by a plurality of subjects is developed. Additionally, a world and world-handled method which can be handled by a plurality of worlds is developed. By expanding a conventional maximum value theory, a generalized maximum value theory which fulfills all the above requirements is developed. As applications, there are employed the calculation of an earth environment maintenance value, a world future simulation, a method of constructing a system using the generalized maximum value theory as a meta evaluation system and a method of quantitatively expressing values, other variables or indexes, and the complete solution of problems.
