PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care building for elderly people, which does not raise a sense of constraints or a desire of homecoming to the elderly people, and can prevent the elderly people from going outside a building even if they pass through an entrance of the building.;SOLUTION: The nursing care building 1 for elderly people is comprised of an approach zone E having a shielding means 62 and a passage 60. The shielding means makes invisible the outside landscape when a person views the outside from inside the building 2 where nursing care is provided to the elderly people, via the entrance 40.
