PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity proposal method by design simulation for housing equipment and commodity proposal system capable of making commodity proposal simply.;SOLUTION: The system comprises a design sample for confirming a feel of material on the surface of housing installments and an information processor. The information processor has a design information storage means for storing design information on the housing equipment products; an evaluation criteria storage means for storing quality evaluation criteria of a color scheme of adjacent housing installments; and an interface equipped with a sensing means for recognizing identification information on the design sample. Drawing of the design information which is specified by the identification information transmitted by the design sample from the design information storage means and switching the design information on the housing installments displayed to a display means to the specified design information are repeated.
