PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform correction by adjusting a phase to an ADTS frame so that no audio noise is caused when the correction is performed in FS operation.;SOLUTION: An audio FS circuit is equipped with: an AAC decoder circuit 3 which decodes a compressed signal encoded by an MPEG AAC, an ADTS sync output circuit 4 which outputs an ADTS sync flag indicating the head position of each unit when a base band audio signal outputted from the AAC decoder circuit 3 is encoded or decoded; a code output circuit 2 which outputs encoded information as information extracted from the compressed signal by the AAC decoder circuit 3 and needed for encoding; a reference ADTS sync generating circuit 5 which generates a reference ADTS frame sync signal from a reference clock signal; an ADTS frame audio FS circuit 6 which outputs an FS base band audio signal outputted by synchronizing the base band audio signal with ADTS frames; and an AC re-encoding circuit 7 which receives and re-encodes the encoded information and FS base band audio signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
