The installation (1) has a carrier structure (2) equipped with three superimposed drawers (3(A)-3(C)) mounted by a sliding unit. The drawers are movable between closed and open positions. A front end of the upper closed drawer is off-centered with respect to a front end of the immediate lower drawer, to form a slope. The slope increases a free surface at an opening of the lower drawers.
