Video sequence distributing method, involves generating primary modified flow before sending digital video sequence to client equipment, and sending modified flow and complementary information from server to equipment
The method involves presenting a format of original flow (1) of digital video sequences from a wavelet based encoder, and a complementary digital information (4) to analyze the sequence flow. A primary modified flow (5) is generated from the analysis, before sending the sequence to client equipment. The flow (5) and information are sent from a server (6) to the equipment. The information allows modified frame reconstruction. An independent claim is also included for a system for producing a video flow for implementing a video sequence distributing method.
