The case has a stub (61) housed in a cavity (7) behind a rear side (11) of a box (1) under a transparent double base (3). The stub comes against the rear side of the box in an active position when a slider (4) is turned by a disk placed in the box (1). The stub comes against a base (12) in an inactive position when the slider (4) is pulled by a cover (2) in the absence of the disk in the box. The stub is connected by an articulation (62) to an end of the slider (4) other than an end that comprises a projecting arm.
