The meter has an inlet body (2) with a vertical tube (21), ball (22), and fluid circulating tube, and an outlet body (3) with a tube. The body (2) fixed to the body (3) forms a mono block unit in which an inlet tube (20) and the tube (21) are formed. A flow adjusting unit of the body (3) has a disk (30) pierced with holes in which one of the holes is always opposite to the outlet tube independent of the disk position. An independent claim is also included for an installation for adjusting a fluid distribution.
