Shell fish e.g. oyster, pouch processing device, has projection unit for projecting water under pressure towards pouch, and projected fluid recovery unit for reorienting recovered water towards feeding circuit of projection unit
The device has a projection unit for projecting water under pressure towards an oyster pouch (PCH). A recovery unit recovering the projected water reorients the recovered fluid towards a feeding circuit of the projection unit. The projection unit has pipes (BS1i, BS2j) fixed to a frame to be placed at a vicinity of the pouch. The pipes are spread out along two principal surfaces of each frame among which the pouch is placed.
