The tool has two lower tools with a base plate and an active part, respectively, and an upper tool (34) with a base plate mounted in such a way that it is moved by a linear guide by approaching and moving away from the base plate of lower tool. The base plate of the lower tool presents a top plane face extending laterally beyond the active part of the lower tool.
