Spectrometry chain processing circuit, has differentiator stage that receives signal from pre-amplifier stage and delivers image signal of detector current to integrator stage, which delivers image of quantity of charge emitted by particle
The circuit has a pre-amplifier stage (20) receiving current representing quantity of charges emitted by a particle interacted with a radiation detector (21). A differentiator stage (25) is connected between the stage (20) and an integrator stage (26). The stage (25) receives signal (V1) from the stage (20) and delivers an image signal (V2) of the detector current (I1) to the stage (26). The integrator stage delivers an image of charge (V3) quantity emitted by particle that interacted with detector.
