The drive is connected to cylinder segments that are connected to an electrical motor/engine. The cylinder (2) cooperates with a cylinder (3) having segments driven by its own electrical motor/engine. Spur pinion (10) are fixed to the cylinder or segments by their toothed sides. Position adjustment unit of the motor in the segments has set limit values for their reciprocal angular shift to limit the possibility of reciprocal rotation. The cylinder segments are independently turned/ rotated and the motor/engine is also driven independently. The segments have stops limiting the possibility of reciprocal rotation.
