Non-authorized vehicle identifying process, involves detecting vehicle crossing point of control in flash of time when reader of reconnaissance does not read corresponding label of recognition
The process involves capturing different views (8) of agencies on a network of reserved ways to identify the vehicles circulating in the ways. The captured views are stored and transmitted to a detection device. The detection device (5) detects a vehicle that crosses a point of control (4) in a flash of time when a reader of reconnaissance (9) does not read the corresponding label of recognition. An Independent claim is also included for a device to implement a process for controlling and identifying a non-authorized vehicle.
