Device for extraction or press fitting of bearing bush or roller bearing, assembled of two particularly shaped shells kept at distance by mounting bolt
The device is assembled of two semi-circular shells (1, 2), forming a case with a wide cylindrical segment (3, 4) and a narrow cylindrical segment (5, 6) when screwed together. Both shells (1, 2) are provided with stepped sections (7, 8, 9, 10) at the outer surface of their narrow ends (5, 6), engaging with matching areas located at the part to be extracted when inserted. A mounting bolt (25), shaped in order to match the inner contours (15, 16, 17, 18) of the assembled shells (1, 2), is inserted into the space (13, 14, 17, 18) between the shells (1, 2), keeping them at a distance from each other. The bolt (25) is provided with an inner thread (34) at one end for the insertion of the threaded end belonging to a pulling device (43).
